I was in there today April 1 2016 and a girl by the name of Brittany was completely rude and unhelpful. I had been there the day before and was told that they would have the product the following day and if I could come back, so here I am and the item was still not stocked. She huffed and puffed and said she would have to go look in the boxes in back. I said "ok the lady before just told me that it would be here." She told me "well that's not our fault" then I asked her if she knew how the chocolate taste ?and while looking down at her phone she said "I don't know what it tastes like, can you just come back tomorrow?" I said "wow if you want to be rude about it I will just wait until a manager is here. I proceeded to ask her name to which she didn't answer and then I asked her again and she told me Brittany. I walked out! My husband went back to see if a manager was on duty and then asked her if she could take a look. She then told my husband that it was 803 pm and she was going to call the police because the store should be closed. He said but I walked in and the sign was still on that said open! After that she proceeded to tell him that his girlfriend (Me) which I am actually his wife, was rude to her and that he didn't know anything about her job and that I could have just come back tomorrow and they didn't have the product on the packing list. He left the store and as we were making our way to the Kroger gas station she hopped into a reddish F150 with 3 other occupants and proceeded to follow us there and stop right next to us, for what reason? I have no idea because they didn't pump gas or buy anything and then they drove off excessively which was definitely uncalled for. I would really like to speak to a manager about this. I have worked in retail/ customer service for 13 years and when you are customer service you make a sale and make sure the guest is happy before they leave.
