While shopping in Best Buy on Howe Ave. in Cuyahoga Falls, my husband and I were shopping for Bose speakers. My husband had one Bose speaker in his hand while looking/reading about another, deciding on which to buy, when out of nowhere comes a store employee (named Robert) showing another customer the same Bose speakers which we were currently debating on. This wouldn't have been a problem, but 'Robert' stood directly in FRONT of my husband and I, blocking our view completely. He basically nudged us out of his way, without so much as an 'excuse me'. My husband and I were shocked at the rudeness and gall of this guy. We left immediately, but believe me, I was calling him a few names under my breath. We did buy the speakers that my husband had been holding, but Best Buy did lose $40 because we didn't have the opportunity to even decide if we wanted to purchase the upgraded ones. I am appalled at the rudeness of Robert. (His name tag was missing the second 'R', so it appeared as such- Robe t)...I don't know how much he knows about Best Buy merchandise, but he REALLY needs to take a few classes in manners.
