They never answer the phone. One time they said, "There is one customer ahead of you. " I held on for 15-20 minutes. The guy said he was the only one on the phone, and was handling an order for another customer. I Plus, the phone "directions to store" are entirely wrong. They say "Next to IKEA, but it's at least 1/2 mile from IKEA, can't be seen or found from there. I spent half an hour trying to find Best Buy in the huge shopping center, and of course had to I hd to hold on the phoner liner for a long time (twicfe) and the people there coulld not figure out how to tell me walking direcvtiond. Now, I'm trhying to reach teh geek squad at this store. I finally got a person in the store, and they said they could not help me "over the phone" an d that I need to call 1-800-GEEKsQUAD. All I wanted to know was how to turn up the volume on my speaker. Plus the geek squad person sold me the wrong equipment, even though I brought in my old speakers, and said I needed speakers that would be the equivalent and work with my system. I have made 2 or 3 unnecessary trips. It's been a nightmare. I never will come to best buy again, unless I have to return this speaker, too. I'm also telling all my friends how terrible you are.
