Danny Trejo is far from being the first actor to launch a restaurant business, but when he says his tacos “are the most delicious tacos known to man”, he's so persuasive we can't help but believe him.

Danny Trejo has been one of the most impressive figure in the movies for quite a long time now. At first sight, he's the kind of guy you wouldn't like to meet alone at night in a dark dead end street. But when he stops acting Machete-like, he looks like the kindest and coolest person. And when he talks about tacos, we just wanna rush to his restaurant.

Danny Trejo's tacos restaurant is due to open any time soon. Trejo and his two associates focused on the tacos selection and ingredients. They wanted a menu that could satisfy everyone, including vegans, vegetarians and gluten-free aficionados, along with a selection of chicken or beef tacos. All in all, Trejo's Tacos offer ten different recipes.

Another point to mention is the fact that no fresh products and ingredients are kept overnight and leftovers are donated to a local homeless shelter after the evening service. As for the restaurant itself, the best spot seems to be the surrounding patio.
