The restaurant is situated at the Dublins Common Retail Centre and is the ninth to open in the Pikes Peak area and is known for it's trademark chicken sandwiches and all day menu that transitions from breakfast to lunch and then dinner. The original company known as the Dwarf Grill (now Dwarf House) was founded in 1946, and the current restaurants still reflect the Baptist values of it's founder - S. Truett Cathy - who was devoutly religious, and even today the chain is closed on Sundays as well as Christmas and Thanksgiving.
